There is a culture there that actively suppresses change and innovation.

Extremely low pay. No advancement opportunities in most departments. No raises. You basically make less over time because cost of living goes up but your pay doesn't. Pay is the same years later and they don't update the salary range when posting new jobs. HR think they can get away with paying people unliveable wages. People in production paid peanuts. Remote work is overall frowned upon and not embraced. They only are still doing remote part time because they are afraid that there is a wave of people leaving the company now and asking everyone to come back in fully to the office will cause more people to quit in masses. Doesn't seem this company will ever embrace remote working to provide a worklife balance, even though everyone in the company says they want a remote work model.
