Pros

The company has okay (the bare minimum of the market) in terms of benefits. Your employee environment will largely be dependent on the team you join, but the company as a whole would be - meh

Cons

They recently switched to a one time contribution of 3% of your salary to your 401k. They refused to hand out raises or at the very least do a Cost of Living Raise claiming financial struggles but is happy spending money buying cars and throwing frivolous employee events to increase employee morale that employees are not interested in but refuses to actually make changes that would increase said morale. The CEO has clueless when it comes to how it all works and comes across as parroting talking points given to her during company meetings The company has been evidently been pushing either bots or other employees leave 5 star reviews to mask real complaints and reviews of real employees .

Pros

I'm working as a NASA contractor. Immediate management (also contractor) is easy to work for and is the main reason I've stayed.

Cons

SSAI is just a figure head for the contract I work on. My 2021 raise was the lowest raise I've received during my lengthy time on this contract and preceding contracts. I was told it was the "industry average". Pushes socialization too much. Many of the "perks" they offer are for employees who don't work on the contract. Medical Benefits are horrible. Now, they've required a new software to be installed on your computer in order to do your timesheet. The problem is that most of the contract workers use customer issued computers and this new software isn't compatible. On top of that, we haven't been given the new software to download, so we've been unable to do our timesheet in nearly a week.

Pros

There are no pros with the top husband and wife leadership.

Cons

Too many to count. There is so much drama with top leadership that several employees have left the company.
