Pros
Benefits are good. Some great employees to work with in some departments. Started out as a company in Huntsville that everyone wanted to be a part of. Great location in the vicinity of all the fast food joints to pick up lunch for a 30 minute lunch break.
Cons
Advancement opportunities are limited due to the "Good Ole Boy" system. Lack of Organizational Structure. No training program in place for "newly" hired managers. It's a "shoot from the hip" mentality used on projects. No diversity in management or supervisory positions. Conducted one company survey about the culture of the company; and that was the last one conducted! I guess the results weren't positive. Dare to be LOYAL if you will, you're sure to be disappointed...so expect to see management make decisions based on short term savings, including layoffs/hiring at a lower pay rate.
