Pros
Honestly, i served the companey for 5 months and the only pro i see was the companey is situated in a small beautifull town stutensee. It is easier to find accomodation close to the companey.
Cons
The environment is very conservative. Usually the employees donot share knowledge. They are afraid that if they share knowledge they would be nolonger required in the companey. My manager gave a feeling that he is quiet open instead he is very conservative.
