Pros
There's not so many people, so you know almost everyone at the company and often end up having coffee with the CEO or CFO. This also allows for faster and more transparent decisions withing the company, you almost always understand why what is decided and often have influence on those decisions as an engineer. People listen if you have arguments or improvement suggestions. You are also being encouraged to think with the company and help it develop.
People in the Eindhoven R&D department are friendly and mostly easy to work with. The team is very international. Everyone works towards common goals, but there's always space to think about what is best and how to tackle this or that problem. You feel part of the team from day 1.
The building (Eindhoven) is situated at the High Tech Campus and has all the good nice features like super powerful airco (you don't notice 26 degrees outside at all inside), coffee room with a microwave and free coffee, colorful benches outside to eat in the sun at good weather, and if wanted there's plenty of reachable restaurants on Campus at the Strip. The Campus itself is very green, which allows for nice lunch walks and good view from the window.
Cons
The company is relatively new (founded in 2020 right before pandemic) and some things still need to be figured out. Sometimes that can lead to small hiccups in organization, like problems with ordering company t-shirts for a running event. But generally it does not lead to big problems.
