Below average pay. I strongly agree with two of the previous reviews: “So much politics. Boss don't like you then you are doomed. Always got favourite pet. Treat you like dirt. Some departments worse than others.” “Unfair treatment especially by management towards staff that are deemed outside their clique. Top management turned a total blind eye to the unfair treatment and even condone it.” This really depends on which department you are in, there are nice departments, but for my deprtment, unfortunately this was the case. Co-workers form cliques and new staff who join are not welcomed in the clique, especially if your personality is deemed as “different” from the rest. Co-workers will then start creating politics about you within the team and then to your manager and eventually the upper management, to the extent where the upper management will turn sour on you as well and start driving you to resign on your own (micromanaging, humiliating you unnecessarily in front of department meetings, ignoring you when you need their help, taking away your responsibilities, joining the office bullies, finding fault with your work even if you are performing fine, and so on). All of this happened in my case. Have tried to speak to my upper management on this issue but my feedback was ignored and immediately shot down.
