Very good salary Quick hiring process

Cons

Extremely high turnover due to stress and management interference. Career progression depending on vacancies (often) and personal connections. Much of the good publicity on social networks is done by employees "upon management request"

Interesting work and nice colleagues.

Cons

The company is poorly managed causing financial problems. As a result people are not replaced or laid off and the remaining staff receives the additional work. Of course, a salary increase for that is not on the table. So the best you can have is keeping your job but jeopardizing your health. In other words, career growth is zero. There is no stable leadership, the top management are either bean counters from the business (which does not necessary mean that are good leaders) or have no clue what they are doing.
