Pros

1. Location is great. 2. Amazing coworkers. 3. Sales Director (Jason) 4. Easy work (just a call center) - this is also a con depending on who you are

Cons

1. EXTREME micromanagement. ex.- they got upset if you created your own email template. 2. Childish weekly reward opportunities ex -"whoever makes the most calls this week could get a chance to win the grand prize of either $1,$5,$10, or $25" ^ its insulting 3. EXTREMELY low pay 4. Spends more time hiring new than keeping current employees 5. Easy work (just a call center) - this is also a pro depending on who you are 6. Unprofessional - Constant gossip and backstabbing paired with passive aggressive communication styles 7. They care more about "activity" than actual "results". Perception is the only reality at Scope Tech. 8. A.I. could easily do 80% of the jobs (no skill or strategies required/allowed)

Sales Excellence

Pros

The company has an awesome product and is very passionate about driving excellence for its customers. I have the training tools provided to me every day to make me better at sales. Literally, the management team has invested in my continuing education and I get to work on being a pro every day. We get to enjoy our hard work while still getting to enjoy each other. Great snacks and drinks available at your disposal with catered lunches and beer social hour every Friday.

Cons

The air conditioner is being worked on and it is very hot over the last two weeks. We have new AC coming to the building soon. If you don't like to be challenged in your career this might not be the company to work with.

Pros

Some of the people on the sales team and various individuals made it fun in the beginning. Outside of that, can’t say this helped me.

Cons

Truthfully a lost company that has no desire in improving their practices. Product is meh, department ideology is underwhelming, and CEO’s consistency is some of the worst I’ve seen. There are plenty of stories I could tell. Just note that some of the behavior is the most inhumane I’ve seen in any business big or small. Employees were forced to sign an agreement to allocate there own earned PTO to the end of the year because the CEO didn’t want to pay unused time. So for example instead of being paid for my 10 day vacation in the summer I only got 5 days on the year because you couldn’t work the last week because the office was closed. Overall the ego filled top end of the business couldn’t swallow enough pride to make ethical changes that other growing Denver businesses were incorporating the moment COVID hit. It’s a company that will constantly pick up you just to drop a bomb on your head. I’d recommend looking at other growing businesses in local area.
