Nice people at first but things changed quickly

This was a super unprofessional experience and I wanted to leave after the first week. The creative process is really unorganized. They don't know what they're doing but act as they do. They only want things their way and don't want to know what you know. I was willing to compromise but it wasn't enough. Keep in mind the main problem was a language barrier which resulted in so many other problems... Here’s what would happen: -First bad sign: My presentations were interrupted through zoom by the Executive Director (after making me rehearse it in front of the CEO under pressure), the Executive Director invasively grabbed my mouse and just took over the presentation, showing the team my layouts, Sorry, who’s the designer?! Super rude and unprofessional. -The Executive Director stood behind me while I was working at my desk and aggressively shook my chair putting pressure on me for results. Again, micromanaging at its finest! -The Executive Director wasted tonnes of time repeating what was supposed to be done. Purposely overwhelming, distracting me, and talking to me like I didn't know anything. Just slowing the whole process down entirely. -I was told that every single task that was done had to be run by management before sending content to the developing team. Fair enough. I got in trouble for answering questions and communicating with developers. Sorry, just trying to get stuff done! The Executive director said they wanted to be included in everything so I invited them to join the slack group. They refused and only wanted to use Asana(which was fine with me) to assign tasks. Really unclear and uncooperative. I honestly think the Executive Director wanted to get rid of me early when I told them I was an epileptic and mentioned what to do in an emergency situation. Which is actually illegal. The Executive Director said that I should have mentioned that in the interview. I see their point but this is not entirely necessary. From that day on, this is kinda when this antagonizing all started. Not once with any other job have I been scolded for this. Usually, I get a compassionate response and people are more supportive and understanding. I was basically alienated by the Executive Director throughout the time I was there so I would quit. I stood my ground and kept my cool. Then they gave me the exit interview. Ironically There’s a new employee starting on a Tuesday after the Monday I was let go. Brutal.
