      Lunch , Hybrid work with GIPs prev, which is stopped now

      No growth . The management is very cruel. It has became a LaLa Company with Rachna and Vatsa . Will not recommend to anyone

      Pros

      Very supportive team in the beginning with freedom to be autonomous and to come up with your own initiatives and projects.

      Cons

      If you are not working in a main hub, you are cut off or de-prioritised in a lot of areas. Leadership seems to ignore community and player feedback and push updates soley based on revenue potential instead of increasing player numbers and loyalty.
