At Scopic, all employees are entitled to time off for holidays, vacation and sick days. Salaried employees receive paid time off as part of their contracts, while those who have an hourly contract can request unpaid time off at their discretion. Remote work itself requires good time management skills, multitasking and the ability to prioritize tasks according to their urgency. Being a large software development company, we work on different projects simultaneously, thus require our employees to be able to work efficiently and effectively under strict deadlines. Additionally, we truly appreciate the advice you have provided for our management team. Within the last 6 months, we have developed a standardized seniority policy to provide a more structured and clear career path for our employees.
