You get into their nightclubs for free with a plus 1 You get 30% off your food bill in other G1 venues .... pretty much it

Cons

Minimum wage for intense shift work Over worked and little gratitude Poor incentives and none incentives for managment Higher managment are an utter shambles Clique managment teams Area managers have no idea what they are doing Company directors are a joke and extremely rude also have no clue what they are doing Head office is a joke and no help

1. Paid breaks. 2. Staff discount. 3. Good training off shift. 4. Rotation of roles. 5. The opportunity to work extra hours in other G1 venues.

Cons

1. Weekly hours change all the time. 2. Management have no people skills. 3. Pay is terrible for pressure and pace of work. 4. Training on shift stinks. 5. Managers NEVER look at the positives. 6. Work isn't rewarding. 7. No job satisfaction whatsoever. 8. High staff turnover.

Absolutely none whatsoever. Nothing positive exists with these sharks. So many better establishments in the same field that you can go and work for

Cons

Working way beyond your salaried hours. No holidays. Hardly any breaks for long shifts and if you do get one it will be docked from your wages
