Pros

Great company to work with most of the time. However you need to watch you back. Things can turn very quick.

Cons

Lay low and do your job. Trust noone. If some people leave the company it would be a great place to work. However as long as backstabbing is happening don't work there

Fulfilling Job but Rude Workmates

- High Salary - Young company and there’s so much room for expansion/promotion - Manageable workload - Higher ups are kind and can be easily reached - Executives are kind - work from home

Cons

- Most of the people you’ll be working with. They are adult bullies. Rude and arrogant. Unnecessary and unhealthy competition. Power tripping. Discriminative.

Strong team dynamic, achievement culture, pride of ownership over work, autonomous working environment, everyone contributes to the success of the company

Cons

Working for a young company can be chaotic at times and it can be challenging for folks who only have worked for larger companies with a deep infrastructure to support it
