      Some pros, but I'd stay away

      Pros

      - Great people (outside of management - see below). - Interesting technical challenges - you'll learn a lot. - Good mission, if it can be realized

      Cons

      - The CEO actively drags the company down. 100% turnover of leadership while I was there, because he couldn't productively work with anyone. - High turnover overall. I left a year ago and don't know many people that still work there. - Low pay (especially equity), but a lot of pressure to work hard. - Sinking ship

      Understaffed & No Strategic Vision

      Pros

      So much promise but went downhill recently. Many talented people were dedicated but the company is flailing and people are leaving. Proceed with caution if you’re considering. Will be long hours without much direction.

      Cons

      No training or mentoring. No management remains. Whole departments are not staffed anymore. Over 60% loss of staff over the past few months due to Lack of leadership and poor communication. Very long to backfill positions, only a few have been backfilled. It’s mandatory to be in the office on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Work life balance is not respected. CEO is disrespectful.
