Speed is one of their core values, and with that comes a lot of rushed decisions, and quick changes that aren't thought out. They are quick to fire and blame people for not being successful in a role that is not set up for success. The leadership team doesn't involve people that are truly attached to the issues and when they do, feedback is not received wholeheartedly, or ignored.
