      Pros

      Healthcare. Can help people. Due to COVID, we no longer have to see the execs.

      Cons

      The current CEO is not an honest person. She speaks negatively about team members behind their back, investors behind their back, and is generally a toxic person. Now our CTO is leaving. He is honest and empathetic. The other execs are the complete opposite.

      Childish, petty management creates a toxic environment. Coding practices are terrible. While management solicits feedback, they attack anyone who gives them feedback. Retaliation culture is very strong here. I was pestered by management well after leaving the company.

      Product helps patients in a real way Ground-level people are smart and hard-working

      Cons

      Management are liars; they went from "we're cancelling the funding round because we're worth TOO MUCH MONEY!!!" to "we're laying off 17 people" in a week. Management will never admit when they make a mistake, despite a long track record of crunching the team into profoundly unsuccessful product launches.
