      - Probably office address and a handful colleagues - Product is ok, but falling behind - Ok customers and sales processes

      Cons

      - Frequent lying and dishonest management - Toxic culture and leadership - you always have to watch your back - Outdated sales strategy - Talking hours about culture & psychological safety, both non-existing - Inconsistent decision making and poor execution - Very non-professional approach and leaderships style - A lot of questionable HR-decisions

      Pros

      The people are amazing and always willing to help. Everyone is driven towards making the best product possible. Many of my coworkers are experienced and are known programming library authors in the community.

      Cons

      The salaries are a bit lower than expected given the type the rare technology skill set you need to apply for an engineering position as a backend developer. We don't have as many in person meetups and conferences as I would like.
