Pros

Lot of nepotism and partiality. No clear vision of the future. No professionalism or standards No one cares about you if you are not billable. No retention policy for even the talented people. Constant job insecurity. Challenging work environment.

Cons

Variable payout is not made even if company makes profit. They have some or the other excuse every year to deny.

I've worked with many Leaders and my experience with each and everyone is amazing. My colleagues are excellent to work with and they encourage me on each and every step. We've open door policy and excellent working environment. Best salary structure in the industry.

Cons

So far everything is fine. Nothing that I can mention.
