      Competitive salary, else no one gonna join this kind of company. Good Health Insurance Flexi timing but have to stretch work hours. 5 days a week work

      Cons

      No job security!! Old technology stack being used here, so you will unlearn your skills. No vertical growth as well career development. Backstabbing is very proactive here. Unstable Management is least bothered on their new employees.

      Pros

      Company is listed as Seamless Private Limited in India. If you're looking for a good S/W product based company in Kolkata this is no doubt the best that one can get. Very open work culture where Improvements and ideas are accepted and appreciated. Steep learning curve. Lots of tools and technology to deal with. Good exposure. One gets the whole idea of from the inception of the software to it's deployment.Thus getting an exposed to the product build pipe line and the deployment architecture. Pays attention towards personal development and training of employees. MacBook Pro and upto 45k cell phone reimbursement on joining. Also company provides a dongle and mobile bill reimbursement. Flexible work hours and work from home option available (Limited ,2 in a month). Gaming room with XBox .

      Cons

      At times have to work one boring( technically less challenging ) things but that's the case in almost most of the companies. Less on site opportunities which is again the case in all Product based companies.

      Full of cons, politics is on top, Senior Management doesnt understand the business well, no proper software to sell, backstabbing is common, good resources were sacked from the company.
