      The company has great potential and solid processes which allow for operations to run smooth

      Cons

      Nepotism has held the company back for years. The best people are not always promoted which has lead to the resignation of many. A number of heads of have blatantly promoted individuals, which they have close relationships with. Hard work and professionalism doesn't always pay off. Going above and beyond is appreciated and usually met with claps during all company updates, but with no real rewards (you'd think you were working for a certain national health provider)

      * You work with so many great people who genuinely like each other * Good culture, with lots of staff parties and socials (in pre-covid times) * Flexible working * Do lots of fundraising for Charity

      Cons

      * The pay really isn't great... they try to compromise on poor salary with a good work culture, but free fruit and a ping pong table doesn't pay my electricity bill * Have a rule of just a 1k salary rise for internal promotions (most wouldn't take an external job for that so why is it acceptable?) * Search Labs have always claimed they are all about the staff wellbeing, however many in senior management showed their true colours over the handling of employees over the course of the pandemic while making little personal sacrifice themselves

Awarding salaries that are competitive and fair within the industry is something we do work hard on, and we do this by completing regular benchmarking assessments.
