Pros
Some people were amazing, good salary, team meetings out of work.
Cons
Everything else. No impact on recruitment (e.g. the client has closed the recruitment process and you can't do anything about it), and yet you are on the rejection list for lack of results (placements). The management needs to be replaced, they don't look at employees as people at all, but as numbers, terrible people.
