Horrible Pay - Lack of bonuses - Lack of benefits. Everyone whether you are a low performing employee or a high performing employee all get the same raise/bonus percentage.
Lack of leadership, and experience in management and executive roles.
Promotions to internal employees who have no experience vs Promotions to internal employees who have experience. (Favortism)
No real HR. Can't go to "HR" for any resolution. Lack of experience and professionalism.
Employees including management who can't perform, get demoted, or a new role created for them vs let go. Most still are in a leadership role, which causes toxicity in teams.
"Mandatory" work in office 3 days - is a joke and unnecessary
"Stock Options" are pointless, as when awarded you are not fully invested till 3 years after receiving them.
