Seattle Safety's compensation programs have been bench marked and up dated in 2017. The company's pay rates and total comp programs are on par with mid-sized companies in the area competing for skilled employees. New top management in place has resolved conflicts and created a positive work environment.

Pros

Some nice co-workers - maybe 40% of people Low expectations in some groups.

Cons

As a result of a formerly low glassdoor rating, management actively went to current employees and asked them to inflate the positive ratings (in a nicer way) - I was an eyewitness to this behavior. Doesn't require a lot of grey matter to realize how unethical and dishonest this is, but this is what you will have to deal with here. Honestly, too many to list. Worst company I have been at by a long shot. Was asked to perform unethical tasks more than once, including lying about safety issues. Ironic, given the company name.
