Free Tanning and all services, discount on products

Cons

Toxic management, will make you clean everything while they go on their phones. They will purposefully hide in the bathroom if they know they won't make a sale that customer, but put so much pressure on you to make the sale quotas. On top of that bad pay and hours.

The team dynamic is really fun, you get to work with and learn about products and also airbrush tan! Most of the clients are great.

Cons

Corporate can be really tough to deal with, from my point of view they did not take their employees insight into consideration when making decisions and did not even have the decency to believe their employees when reporting behavior or danger etc.
