Pros

Great, a lot of time for yourself, unless they're rushing on a project, the owners couldn't care less bout what you're doing, if you see that as a pro.

Cons

Nothing is planned, most of the things are impromptu, and changes in the project happened like cramps during a period, painful and distressing.

It was a biggest mistake that I have made by joining this company. You will get the salary delayed and in lockdown salary cuts were there . Be careful you can even fired within the same day for no reason. They will exploit the future of a candidate by giving them low salary. Alternate Saturday is a weekoff.
