Flexible hours, friendly environment, good first job
Cons
Management needs a lot of work. They make almost anyone a supervisor to keep them in the company if they have been there a while. The company seems huge from the outside in but there are only about 20 people working there at any given time. The retention rate is the worst I've seen.
