      Pros

      No night shifts 8 hours shift Exposure to all technologies in SAP, irrespective of experience. Good annual and loyalty bonus packages. Open door policy with management, to present employees views.

      No onsite opportunity No appraisal for role change

      Something better than nothing is all I can say

      Cons

      Suck up to your boss if you want to survive. The management works hand in glove; if you don't please your boss then they will ruin your career. Do not sign any kind of bond or leave a decent job to join this company. It will be a mistake you will pay a huge price for. You are nothing but a labourer irrespective of your profile. You will have no option but to resign and that's the way they play the game if you are not submissive and obedient. No job security. You will be exploited.

      Pros

      -Employee work life balance is very good -VP Venkat Thotakura in india was very nice and have very good knowledge in handling employees and have good knowledge in understanding all technology related issues . He will listen all employee problems and will help if anything he can do. -Weekend activities and every 3 months outing, employees will enjoy and don't feel they are going to office to work only. -Work from home options are more , whenever you are sick you will get enough options in working from home. -HR is very co-operative -Administrative staff is very cool and calm going.

      Cons

      -You will not get very good amount of work but you will get experience in knowing all technology's around.
