Pros

They have attractive logos and got some big wins early on Some really talented people here but they are far and few between these days Outside of Australia (where HQ is) it can be pleasant

Cons

Awful toxic workplace, run by dimwits and their puppets. In the last 8 years they've grown from about 6 to 250 and went back down to arround 150. Staff either leave as a result of frustration, they're pushed out (constructive dismissal) or because they're constantly disrespected. Some of the people who left were senior but not puppets, obviously. If you're not a puppet you won't get promoted. If you have an opinion or idea you'll get shut down. If you're in sales, you won't be recognised appropriately for wins. Unprofessional behaviour from some co-founders creates a toxic workplace that permeates everything. That bad behaviour and toxicity is carried down by their puppets. The CEO and some of his minions make no bones about their dislike of Sales professionals, in fact most sales pro's don't last long here (pre-sales/SE's included).

Pros

- Nice office - Gives back (charity, diversity) - Great team members

Cons

- Boarder line toxic culture stemming from above. They don't see it and will deny as they refuse to listen or learn. Instead staff vote with their feet hence high turnover rates - Values are not practiced. Need to lead by example to gain the respect they demand. - Product does not live up to the hype. Delayed product enhancements and outdated features which customers are frustrated with. - Little to no customer success support for smaller customers. Cost of support is a higher priority than customer satisfaction, hence poor retention and growth rates - They hire experienced people but just want them to do what their told. Not interested in listening, learning, improving, evolving or empowering... - Customer Success, in effect, runs the company and do not (or do not know how to) partner with sales. It doesn't matter what sale (new or renew) has occurred they will slant it to be a Customer Success win. CS are a silo and alienate themselves from other teams but don't see it and will deny it.
