Worst company to ever work for. An ideal example of dark side of corporate. Worst professional ethics. It’s a trend in company to forcefully make 1-2 employees quit using intense harassment exactly 2-3 months before the appraisal time every year. So, you can imagine the fundamentals of work ethics. Very long working hours (12-18 hours), not due to work, its only due to foolishness, poor work management, ego and unrealistic high expectations of higher post people. A good salary hike is used as a trap to lure innocent hard-working people. Once they join, they are exploited for each and every skill they possess. They made feel inefficient and useless, no matter how hard and good work they do. Their souls are tormented in each possible way till the last breath they take before willfully quitting. The managerial staff is very manipulative, highly inefficient and inexperienced. Upper management comprises of egoistic and greedy psychopaths, who want to suck each and every drop of blood from employees body. They use employees as a tool to drain out their frustration. CEO is only concerned about putting money in his own pocket. VP falls under the same category as of CEO. VP wants to exploit each and every person in the company for his own benefit and treats employees like his personal slaves. Company policies possess many loopholes such as, no compensation (in terms of money or leave) for extra work, no employee retention policy, no grievance redressal system etc. All rules and regulations of policy are mended by dept. heads and CEO for their own benefits. Professional work is also not good. Whatever the company says it is good at, is a copied or stolen work of their competitors.
