      Pros

      I worked at this company for 3 years as an Operations Supervisor. Pay was above average and overtime was plentiful. Pay was always accurate and on time. Steady work schedules. Company owners are demanding but honest people in a really tough industry. Turnover was high among employee's, but they almost never lost any client accounts.

      Cons

      Overall demanding environment, but then again this is the security industry, and all we dealt with were client problems, property problems, public complaints, etc. Security industry is not for everyone, and the expectations are high.

      Pros

      set schedule, occasional Holiday pay, paid uniforms.

      Cons

      Pay is not good, don't even think about a raise, some of the guards they hire seem sketchy or lack of experience. Owner can be very rude when he is in a bad mood. The office ladies can be rude also. very limited opportunity for promotion.

      Complete non-support of workers, both officers and supervisors in dealing with difficult, unreasonable clients.

      Pros

      Pay and position for new hires in supervisory positions with years of security experience and highly advanced skill sets are barely suitable.

      Cons

      In such supervisory positions, you are thrown into employment situations, with little, if any training and no briefing as to the actual day by day work environment. Make one mistake, displease the client in the slightest way, honest mistake or not, your out of a job.
