Pros

The hours are great for morning shift, that's if you like waking up early to go to work at 6 AM and then finishing at 2 PM. Gives you a lot of time in the evening. The job is not too stressful, and since it's a small family owned company, you are able to get to know your co-workers pretty well. Starting pay can range from 15 to 16 dollars an hour. For an entry level job it's not bad.

Cons

It takes a long time to accrue PTO and sick pay hours. The raises are either low or non existent, and there is not too much opportunity for growth since it's a small company. Also there is a high turnaround rate so you get asked to work over time and cover someone's hours when they leave. If you like overtime then it's not that bad.
