Relaxed dress code. They get nervous when you wear a collared shirt.
Cons
Leadership dreams a lot without any real direction or sense of how to execute. Processes are not repeatable. New employees have to train themselves. If you can't figure it out on your own prepared to be in trouble. Employees who last are those who learned on their own. Your manager will only help but so much. Company is in constant disarray. 3-4 years ago company let go half of the workforce. Went to 3 different health insurance plans in one fiscal year. The company is just now turning a profit after being acquired. Lots of meetings about implementing change. Nothing happens afterwards. Lots of previous reviews on this website about the team being close knit. They are close knit meaning there are cliques. Your job performance review will suffer if you do not spend time outside of the office with them. Be careful who share personal details with because it will bite you in your performance review. 75% of your performance review is based on the opinions of your peers not your management.
