- Constant questionable choices made by the management - Strategy changes every 3 months (it's EXAUSTHING!!) - 0 communication skills showcased by the management - Way too flimsy about their decisions (what they say today will not hold in 2 days) - Lack of communication between departments - HORRIBLE salary - Lack of a career path
