The turnover rate in this division is a nuclear absurdity. 5 managers in 2 years, 80-90% of the sales team has left in this time. You will be talked to as if you are a complete moron, regardless if it is your first day ever selling homes or if you have been in the business for 25 years and are the greatest new homes sales person to ever walk the earth. There is no pleasing management and you will come home from work nightly feeling like total crap.
