      A company with a lot of heart

      Pros

      A lot of great history and tradition of service to the community and fair treatment to all people. Not everyone will agree and not everyone can see this, but from the perspective of one who can see under the covers of things I know it to be the case.

      Cons

      Many ups and downs due to slim profit margins in the industry have made for some stressful times.
