SelectFew has a laidback startup culture with a team that’s more like a family. The marketing strategists are full-time employees who are so sharp and honest running client projects. The Operations team is warm, dedicated, and great at what they do. Awesome place to work and growing fast! Fully remote but very connected over Slack
Cons
Startup still fine-tuning new processes but doing a great job gaining new clients and big wins weekly

Pros
Amazing leadership, multi- department collaboration, and you are encouraged to speak up with your ideas.
Cons
Remote work can make it difficult to connect, however we have a company wide meeting every other week, a "siesta fiesta" for folks to join and engage, and also multiple slack channels that give everyone updates, praise and insights.
