Pros
Selventa is a challenging and rewarding work environment where scientists work with clients to analyze and clarify answers to scientific questions of interest, and engineering works towards developing and improving software function and interface for our end users. The organization is tight nit and friendly, hard working and motivated to do a good job. Periods of hard work are offset by flexible time off and ability to work from home.
Cons
The largest con at this time is limited benefits and annual salary increase due to limited revenue stream at this time.
