1. The developer is free to choose his own operating system. 2. No management hierarchy. 3. The developer has freedom of speech.

1. Compensation/benefits are not balanced with the work. 2. Employees happiness is given the least importance.

As we rapidly grow, we continually work to create a strong work/life balance, as well as a supportive and fun work environment. With so many remote employees, we aim to create more ways for teammates to build a rapport with one another. For instance, our recent corporate retreat drew together all of our employees for a fun and productive few days at a hotel resort. Our employees greatly enjoyed it.
