Pros

The team: The company is really tight-knit and still small enough that it feels like one big team. People know each other well. There are events to help bring new employees into the fold. I learn a lot from the bright people I work alongside, and I feel supported and encouraged by my organization. It is very clear that the founders/execs care a whole lot about the people who work for them. Opportunity: There are lots of opportunities to do very interesting work and shine by outperforming expectations/expanding the scope of your role. I've had the privilege of seeing several employees grow in their careers during my time here, and I've noticed that managers care a lot about making sure you are growing in the ways you want to grow. The company itself is growing quickly, and business is going well. It is very exciting to be able to contribute ideas across departments and follow the organization as it scales and changes. People are given a lot of autonomy in how they schedule their days and accomplish their work--micromanagement isn't a thing. Working here is exciting, and I like going to the office most days. I'm glad to see the company growing and look forward to seeing more of it.

Cons

Remote work as a recurring thing is not something the organization does. Your schedule is flexible should you need to work from home one day or receive a package, but people are expected to work from the office every day otherwise.

Pros

Decent Pay Fulfilling to be in a position to assist patients with the high cost of healthcare Remote environment

Cons

ZERO grow potential despite being told otherwise. Lead on with promises of “possible” future roles that never materialize. The operations team is treated as less than, othered and made to feel as if they aren’t even part of the company. Previously all teams were provided unlimited PTO, salary flexible schedule etc. Recently the entire ops team was switched to hourly and conveniently this did NOT include ops managers/leads No longer offered unlimited PTO, now mandatory unpaid lunches and required to clock in and clock out. Constantly micromanaged and tracking of time. Operations is consistently undervalued, under appreciated and treated differently. Further cemented by ops being reclassified and no longer having the same perks and benefits the entire rest of the company continues to enjoy.
