      - The opportunity to learn and be challenged every day - Recognition and fulfillment from doing a good job - Making a direct impact - Your decisions matter and are included in almost all decision-making processes - Great communication and transparency from everyone - Ambitious people who can teach you almost anything - The leadership is awesome
