Pros
Working with families that are grieving is a special place to be. Helping, being creative and bring joy to a very hard situation was extremely satisfying.
Cons
Unfortunately, what stated off as a great career opportunity, turned into a bad work experience. The founder has a tendency for unprofessional behavior causing anxiety that surrounds work tasks. Tone of voice, condescending comments, and temper tantrums were experienced. I would describe working at SendOff as confusing. One minute you’re described as “the Swiss Army knife”, and next an untrustworthy employee. Definitely a loose cannon to work for.
