Pros

Some of the employees were cool to work with

Cons

Skeleton crews in every department, no hiring ever considered. High task load with unrealistic expectations that you could ever take time off when you might be the only one available at any given time.

Pros

Hmmm can't think of anything...

Cons

The founder likes to get involved in the minutia and micromanage down to the lowest level employees making it next to impossible for anyone to do their job. Had to file a sexual harassment report about the founder and then was gaslit about the whole experience and my feelings. Overall the company is about 30 years behind the times in everything from technology to compensation to successful management practices. Everyone who works here is miserable and so many family members and friends of the founder are hired despite having zero skills in the area they should. These same family members and friends work only a handful of hours a week but get all the credit and make the highest-paying salaries. And if that wasn't enough, it's an MLM, so stay away lol.
