The people are great, the work is interesting, the culture is awesome. Nice office. Lots to like.

Cons

Definitely feels like a startup (which has pros and cons); things change quickly and you may have to work outside your job description.

Pros

Great colleagues, great company, I really enjoyed my time there. There are always things to improve, but this is still my favourite place to have worked at, in my whole career.

Cons

Early in my time there, meetings were long and excessive. Several cultural shifts changed everything. For example, the company switched to a 4-day work week. But arguably more importantly, they realized there was a problem with excessive bureaucracy, so we ended up having much fewer meetings.

Cons

Not many cons. There are some things that happen on every company, like blurry deadlines. But nothing major.
