Worked for 7 months in the team. It is a young and highly motivated team. The culture among the employees is vibrant and it makes way for a nice atmosphere
Cons
It's by far the worst management I've experienced in my life. I have myself been asked to leave the company from one hour to another without any explanation. In my term of 7 months, 4 other people had the same experience to leave with a short notice. Being asked to leave is one thing, but the disrespect and the lack of trust in the employees was the worst. Being laid off means immediate close of accounts and the employee is 'forced ' to delete all data and watched like a criminal on the last day. I would not recommend this atmosphere of insecurity to anyone who could get fired from one minute to another, and must importantly treated with disrespect.
