Company is in great loss, they dont have money to renew their aws subscription. Software team is full of nepo kids, bossism is at its peak. Its parent company Koch preaches PBM but sentient software team every day kills it. Nobody makes serious effort to get the requirements properly Sentient India is another Happiest Minds team with full of politics, no honesty, no transparency, zero respect.

They misbehave with employees. No transparency, honesty, respect for hard working people. Smart people will be targeted, people who does politics can survive there. India team is full of junks, good fit for maintenance project not for product development.
