      I hear they have money now so you might get paid on time.

      Cons

      The CEO continuously lies to customers and employees about the technology. Expectations are set that are not possible to meet and we consistently let down everyone. The CEO is only concerned with his own personal wealth and doesn't care about the employees or customers.

      Our goal is to provide a software that creates value for our customers. Our company is growing and enhancing software capabilities for our customers in wind energy, aerospace and rail. Our staff is dedicated to building this company from the ground up and it's exciting to work on innovative and groundbreaking research and development that will make renewable energy sustainable and competitive.

      Pros

      Some very good people work here, and the work environment is nice. There is a positive start-up mentality with many of the employees, even though the company has been around for 10+ years.

      Cons

      The CEO is more concerned with getting rich than getting it right. The cash flow management is incredibly poor (we went several months with out a full paycheck, and even though it was paid back, it took much longer than promised. Now we are having financial problems again). The technology itself is great in theory, but it does not do what they represent it to do. The CEO sells us dreams of grandeur, with an ok product and poor execution on the product. Terribly mismanaged.
