      1. Hostile work environment 2. Unrealistic expectations 3. Non standardized practices 4. Lack of proper guidance and improper communication among the team 5. Demands work outside the scope of your job description and expects the efficiency of a domain expert 6. Extremely low salary compared to the market and no real benefits or compensations

      Pros

      I have been working with sentient for 1 and half years. The culture inside the company is entirely different. There's no hierarchy type of stuffs.....We are like family. Even CEOs are very very friendly with others. One of the best part of my life is the life in Sentient. We grow together as a family.

      Gives an exposure to various latest platforms for data analysis , the atmosphere there is more like that at home
