      Lots of hours during the summer months

      Toxic environment, hive mind stature, double standards galore, guard "ratings" that determine how many hours you get, uncaring management that wants you to feel like you've been heard but does nothing about the problems you point out, lies in the training about what it's going to be like working for them, has pin rankings but they don't mean anything except for the supervisor pins, insane hours in horrible footwear, 10 hour shifts with a 20 minute break, untrustworthy supervisors and management
