    Helping clients feel great about how they look. Gratis, makeup and skincare education, benefits.

    Cons

    So much drama in the beauty industry, it's ridiculous! Never had to deal with so much drama in ANY management position before SiJCP. People are nice to each other's face, then talk about them behind their back.....

    Advice to Management

    Don't fuel the fire. Stop encouraging people to "tattle" on someone, instead of them acting like an adult and dealing with their issues. It just creates more drama in the workplace.

    Pros

    The gratis is definitely a perk, especially if you cared for items sold in Sephora in the first place. Gratis and amount drastically varied between locations, and you have to make good connections to get it. Pay was average to below average but the job wasn’t difficult and hours could be flexible.

    Cons

    Pay could be better. Hours would be cut if store was doing poorly.

    Advice to Management

    No more on calls and cutting. Workers have lives and depend on the income.
