Pros

Money Money Money !! You cannot expect anything other than money from this company. As long as you are in the good books of the management, you will be getting good hike

Cons

I am too tired of listing the cons as the list may exceed the maximum allowed characters in glassdoor. In simple words i would say that this company s**ks. If you are looking for a career then my friend you are looking at a wrong company. This company s**ks the juice out of you as long as they need and when they are done, they'll kick out worse than a dead rat.

Pros

Small size company. Informal atmosphere Good visibility (if your manager likes you). Good pay for the market standards

Cons

- No Processes defined. - Management has their own expectation which they will not tell you and when you ask they never give a good feedback for your growth. - If you are of this kind "Do the work and make it look big" then this company will suit you. - Ask any questions about the planning and roadmap, then you are marked and when their need for you expires then simply make a scapegoat for their failures. - The management doesn't want to be challenged. - Too much internal groups and you never know whom to trust and share your grievances. - Grievances shared through proper channel also are taken as discontentment. - Stone age technology and no learning curve beyond a point. - Their outsourced HR is pathetic
